- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

InvoiceTide SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from use or inability to use our services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. DISCLAIMERS

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InvoiceTide, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Arbitration
